After 76’ers Point Guard Ben Simmons abysmal Game 7 performance against the Atlanta Hawks, Philly fans were outraged by what was supposed to be their star players performance. One fan was so outraged, he ended up calling ICE on Ben Simmons. After the call was made Simmons was detained for several hours in an unknown detention facility somewhere in the Philly region, before it was discovered his work visa had expired which caused him to be deported immediately.
Rumor has it the Sixers front office has no plans to try to recover Simmons praying that they can simply have his contract voided to sign a point guard with some balls, sources say.
When asked what’s next for Simmons, he posted on Twitter “CHINA I LOVE YOU!” perhaps suggesting he is preparing to sell his soul to the Guandong Tigers.
