The Brooklyn Nets’ woes might be behind them after Kyrie Irving released a statement stating he has taken his first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine after consulting with Bill Gates to answer his questions. Irving has been a public skeptic of the COVID shot and has not yet played in the NBA season due to protocols as a result.
“Bill and I talked thoroughly for an hour and after speaking with him I now feel comfortable taking the COVID vaccine. I apologize to any discourse I’ve caused my team and apologize to fans who were disappointed in my actions. I am not encouraging anyone to take the jab, but for me now I feel this is the best choice.”
Kyrie Irving also stated that his basketball game will be 100x better now that he has grown an extra arm of his neck. “This COVID vaccine side effect is great. This new arm will be wonderful when playing basketball.”
Microsoft stock gained 4.9% on the news.
